Originally it was located in 612, Sugok-dong, Imdong-myeon, Andong-gun, a 500-house-scale Single-Clan Village of Sugok Branch of Jeonju Ryu Clan, however it was moved to 200 meters higher location in 1987 because of Imha Dam submerge.

The building is relocated to the flat field so the main building is lowered down around 2-3 meters compared to its original altitude.

The kitchen, restroom and bathroom is remodeled without the change of its original structure, and room and wood floor patio is supplemented with red clay and natural paints. The cozy family oriented atmosphere and the lake around the house will provide the comfortable accommodation.
